Fixed Fee Power of Attorney Service

A Power of Attorney allows someone of your choosing to look after your affairs and welfare if you are incapacitated. A Power of Attorney can be used on a temporary basis or it may be put in place permanently.

A Power of Attorney typically allows relatives or other loved ones to look after your affairs in the event that you find yourself incapacitated or unable to look after your own affairs.

Virtual Consultation Meetings

Current restrictions on social contact and movement mean that most people are unable to visit a solicitor in-person to arrange a Will or Power of Attorney.

We can invite our clients to a ‘virtual consultation’. If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone we will be able to talk you through the process using Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Zoom.
