Get a will

A Will allows you to decide what will happen to your assets in the event that the worst happens. This ensures that your assets end up with the people you want them to go to.

Get a Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney allows someone of your choosing to take control of  your affairs and welfare if you are incapacitated. This is often a partner or other family member.
