New Client Consultant
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience Location: Edinburgh
Your key responsibility is to develop strong relationships with clients over the telephone in order to generate leads and secure valuation appointments. You will ensure that accurate and appropriate advice is provided to all prospective clients whilst evaluating the strength of the lead before offering appropriate solutions. The role will involve generating new business by managing a high volume of incoming inquiries as well as following up sales and purchase leads, in a timely manner and converting these leads into sales.
Property Sales Consultant
Salary Range: Up to £26,500 per annum (depending upon experience) Location:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Property Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, professional and dedicated Property Sales team. You will be responsible for the management and customer experience of a caseload of property sales and provide support and advice to sellers in order to ensure they obtain the best possible price for their house sale.
Viewing Agent (Part-Time)
Salary Range: £18,000 - £20,000 pro rata Location: Edinburgh & Lothians
We are looking for a Viewing Agent to join our Real Estate department. The role is responsible for representing our invaluable clients, and the company, by delivering a first class customer service whilst showing potential buyers round their properties. Our field based Viewing Agent forms a part of our high achieving Property Sales Team. Our enthusiastic and successful agents love working in a busy sales environment. They also love pursuing individual targets for lead generation, which benefits the rest of the business!
Viewing Agent (Part-Time)
Salary Range: £15 per hour plus mileage Location: Fife

Legal Support Assistant

Salary Range: £23,500 - £28,500 basic (depending on experience) plus commission Location: Edinburgh

Business Development Consultant
